You'll log in and select the link for each class as the link code does change and is updated prior to each class.

We set up a time for a video call and meet with you. We will go over how we work within your own schedule to help you setup a time for you to train daily/weekly whatever time you choose! We will send you, your curriculum sheet for your current rank. Then send you a brief video on how to do each. In the members area we have an upload section for sending your training back to us for review. Your video needs to be under 25MB to upload here. For videos larger than 25 MB we utilize social media like Facebook/ YouTube and you will have the option to set your video post private only sharing with us. Or may post it publicly if you so chose! You'll watch the instructional video, practice and then send back a video of you performing the technique/maneuver/drill or kata. Then we will correspond back and forth with you on video training your curriculum, technique by technique, rank by rank! At your own self paced speed!
Thus allowing you to practice and train whenever your schedule will allow! Once you've watched the instructional video, practice it repetitiously! When you're ready, you'll send your practice video first and if we need to make any adjustments we will do so then. Once confirmed we will have you practice the curriculum for a minimum of six weeks. After six weeks we do a follow up live or practice check in prior to testing. Testing is done easiest over live video call but can be broken down into smaller videos as well! Once you have passed the current curriculum we will send you the following ranks sheet and repeat the process through each rank! As with all Martial Arts training the curriculum does gradually increase in difficulty and can take longer to train. The minimum time is to ensure there is enough time to absorb the material. Some students may find it takes them a few weeks or even months longer as the curriculum grows ran by rank. Operating at this self paced timeline there is no maximum for testing. All students are encouraged to maintain their own schedule, doing the training. With example schedules available, the frequency is important, however the consistency in training is most important! ​

We highly recommend you set up a schedule in both how many days a week and time slots you'll do your training in! A schedule can be flexible and altered anytime as you need! However, it helps ensure your training is consistent and you have the best experience in maintaining your skill set! It can be done without a schedule. It just always easier and best for you to have a schedule and stick to it! Example schedules are available for your consideration!
